2014 Queenscliff Rod Run
The Queenscliff Rod Run has become one of the premier motoring events in the Geelong region over the past few years bringing together a magnificent collection of classic vehicles and spectacular rods.
The 2014 event promises to be bigger than ever with a whole weekend of activities culminating in a massive show and shine on Queenscliff’s Princess Park on the Sunday morning of the 3rd of February which is expected to attract thousands of visitors.
The Saturday night will see the Hesse Street and the main streets of Queenscliff come alive with the smell and roar of exotic motor vehicles when the town is open up to cruising. This is sure to be the most spectacular sight with the glorious backdrop of historic Queenscliff. A huge crowd is expected to witness this incredible spectacle starting just before dusk.
Other events for Rodders and car enthusiasts taking part in the weekend’s activities include several drives around the region and a family fun day at Adventure Park in Wallington.
This event is organised and ran by the Geelong Street Rodders who have put on this fantastic weekend of motoring since 1988 as well as helping and taking part in many community causes and events around our region for over 40 years.
