2015 Denis Walter Carols by the Bay

After the unfortunate cancellation due to terrible weather last year Denis Walters’ Carols by the Bay returns to the lush grass of Eastern Beach this Christmas. This event that has been held annual since 1997 and is regarded as one of Geelong’s favorite events attracting in-excess of 10,000 people. For 2015 Denis has a wonderful night of entertainment planned for the evening of Saturday the 5th of December.

This year the line up promises to be the best ever with performers including Karen Knowles, Julie Wlater, Michael Cristiano, the Melbourne Gospel Choir and the fabulous Mik Maks. There will be a few very special guests too, with a visit from Santa him self and that funny old fella Humphrey B Bear.

The fun kicks off a 7:45PM and runs through until 9:30PM with a giant fireworks display to close the night. Find your best picnic rug and get down there early to secure a fantastic spot.

Denis Walter who is from Geelong has had an exciting year this year and has been recognized with a OAM for his years of service to various organisations and charities including the Geelong’s Barwon Health Foundation and his work with both Carols By Candlelight in Melbourne and the Carols by the Bay here in Geelong.
