Mt Moriac Hotel Speed Shear
Victoria’s richest shearing competition is coming to the Mount Moriac Hotel in a huge afternoon of family fun all in support of the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. THe day will see both Men and Women’s shearing competitions plus a range of fun activities including DJ’s and great food.

Otway Oktoberfest
The Otway Estate Winery makers of the Pricly suite of beers are holding a Octoberfest from 10:00 AM. The day will see plenty of fun and all things German including Bavarian Food, Erika’s Hair Station, slap dancing and a dunk tank. The estate is about 12 kms drive from Colac in Barongarook, making it easily reached from Geelong at around an hour and a quarter or better still take VLine to Colac and catch the bus transfer to the big day.
