Barry Morgan’s Christmas Extravaganza
The amazing Barry Morgan and his organ will be performing at the Potato Shed in Drysdale in what should be a fun night of song and laughs. Barry has a great show planned and will be bringing along some special guests.

Act on Climate Festival Market Day
Steampacket Gardens on Geelong’s waterfront will host a market day where its all about sustainability. There will be live music, electric vehicles, solar displays, energy efficiency ideas, food and even edible planter boxes. The fun starts at 10:00 AM and runs through until 2:00 PM.

Run Geelong
Geelong’s biggest street race, Run Geelong is back to raise funds for the Geelong Hospital. This race is getting bigger and better each year and this year over 10,000 people are expected to compete. www.rungeelong.com.au/ read more view gallery

Floating Christmas Tree
Our world famous floating Christmas Tree is back and is attracting huge crowds. The Christmas lighting and music has been put on pause this week and the tree has been lit in blue white and red lighting as a tribute to the people of Paris who have had such a tragic week. The Christmas theme will return next week.

Town Hall Projections
As another tribute to our friends in Paris the Geelong Town Hall and the Catenary Lights on the corner of Malop and Moorabool Street be set to the colours of France in a tribute to the people of Paris.
