Nightjar Festival Geelong
The Nightjar Festival returns to the grassy slopes of Johnstone Park for another year jam packed with market stalls, art and crafts, tasty food and some fantastic performances. This week the special guests are Jamie Pye, Stella Savy Avek Frers, The Kite Machine and The Three Kings.

Geelong Cats- Family Day
To mark the start of the 2016 season the mighty Geelong Cats are holding a free family day at Kardinia Park from 4:30 PM. Entry is free and there will be plenty of fun, meet your favorite footy players, and join in with some Aus Kick activities. The fabulous Mik Maks will supply some great entertainment and there will be lots of giveaways, rides and fun.

Shelford Duck Race
One of the western districts favorite events returns for 2016. The Shelford Duck Race is a great day out, with a day full of markets stalls, food, music and rural fun. The highlight is the duckrace beginning at 3:00 PM.

Pako Festa
One of Australia’s biggest multicultural festivals the Pako Festa returns to the streets of West Geelong for a day of food, music, culture and fun. The highlight of the day is the vibrant street parade down Pakington Street starting at 11:00 AM. The parade is followed by a huge street party where tens of thousands of people enjoy one of the best day’s out Geelong has to offer. Now in its 34th year, this event should not be missed. Read More
