Lego Brickman Experience

The Arena in North Geelong is hosting the Southern Hemisphere’s largest and most impressive interactive Lego exhibition for the last two weeks of the summer school holidays.

Running from the 14th to the 29th of January Ryan McNaught’s Brickman Experience the exhibition comes to Geelong after a huge sell out season touring Australia and New Zealand featuring sixty different exhibits made from over five million Lego bricks, that will amaze young and old.

Highlights of the Brickman Experience include an Airbus A380, a quarter scale Ferrari and the biggest ever Star Wars themed build.  The exhibition also features plenty of interactive displays and places where visitors can enjoy building their own models with a huge Lego workshop and play area.

The incredible display has been built by Ryan McNaught who is one of only 14 Lego Certified Professionals in the world and has picked up many prestigious awards for his works.

Since hitting the stores in 1949 in Denmark, Lego has remained one of the world’s favourite hobby products and grown to become an important piece of our culture.  The product has extended from just coloured plastic bricks and is now celebrated in many mediums including films, video games and theme parks with the company regarded as one of the world’s leading brands.  In 2015 it was estimated over 600 billion Lego bricks had been produced in its 65 years of production with that number rapidly increasing every day.

Don’t miss the Brickman Experience while it is in Geelong as it is truly spectacular and a lot  of fun offering hours of entertainment for families during these school holidays.

With the Geelong Arena being located next to the North Geelong Railway Station it is in easy reach of public transport and there is plenty of nearby parking.  Tickets can be purchased at Ticketek or at the Geelong Arena.
