2018 Great Australian Beer Festival
Saturday February 17th 2018
Craft Beer lovers will be out in force at the Great Australian Beer Festival being held again at the Geelong Racecourse on February the 17th. Now in its 6th year the festival attracts around 5000 people to sample some of Australia’s best craft beer with around 200 varieties on offer. The day features great food, fun and activities and this year legendary artist ex Mondo Rock and Daddy Cool front man Ross Wilson will be part of the huge entertainment line up. The Queen’s Commonwealth Games Baton
Monday 12th February 2018
Its hard to believe its 12 years since the Queens Baton visited Geelong on its way to the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. Well the baton is set to return to our city in on Monday the 12th of February on its way to the April Gold Coast Games. The baton will travel from Rippleside at 4:50 Pm to Eastern Beach at 5:30 PM See our Photo Gallery
Valentine’s Degustation Dinner

2018 Festival Glass
Sunday 19th February 2018
The Festival of Glass Expo will return to Drysdale’s Christian College Hall on
Sunday the 18th of February. The event will see market stalls and display of all
glass including mosaics, lead-lighting, glass fusing and bead-weaving. There will be plenty of magnificent pieces on display including the winners of the Glass Art Awards.
2018 All Ford Day
Sunday 19th February 2018
Deakin University at Waurn Ponds will once again be the venue for the biggest ‘Ford’ car even in Australia. The 2018 All Ford Day will feature over 1200 vehicles and attract thousands of people for a day of all things Ford, with plenty of family fun food and entertainment on Sunday the 19th of February. Ironman 70.3

Geelong’s waterfront will once again host the a leg of the Ironman 70.3 series when it returns to our city on Sunday the 18th of February. This event Features the cream of the world’s triathletes in a challenging course around our waterfront precinct.
JDRF One Walk Geelong
Sunday 19th February 2018/strong>
The JDRF One Walk is a day for the type 1 diabetes community to come together and celebrate raising funds and awareness to turn type one into type none. The Geelong Walk takes place on Sunday the 18th of February along the edge of the Geelong Waterfront, overlooking Corio Bay. The 2 km Section is part of the 5km section, however after walking 1km participants turn and return, when the people doing the 5km continue on for another 1.5km and then return. Learn More
