Australia’s biggest celebration of Ford vehicles is back for 2019 on the 17th of February with a brand new location at Sutcliffe Reserve in Plantation Road Corio. The new venue has plenty of free parking and is easily accessible from the Geelong Ring Road.
Over 1200 Ford vehicles are expected to be on display representing the entire 116 years of the company heritage from the very early Model T to the latest Mustangs and so many models and nameplates in between to mention. The favorites as always will be the Australian classics of the late 60’s and 70’s including the classic GT-HO’s, Cobras and two door hardtop V8s.
The display will run between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM and there will be plenty of vendors selling automotive related products, food and drink. Plus plenty of family fun for the family including entertainment and a few special guests from the world of Ford motor racing.
This event dates back 28 years and has grown from strength to strength, from a small gathering of Ford vehicles in the dusty grounds of the Geelong Race Course to what is now one of the premier automotive displays in the country. The All Ford Day not only celebrates cars with Ford badges it celebrates Ford legacy in Geelong. With over 90 years of heritage that is strongly etched into Geelong’s culture, fabric and its people. Like our city the company’s operations have evolved with the times and today right here in Geelong, Ford are developing and engineering an exciting range of vehicles including the Ranger for the world.
