The 12th Annual Torquay Rotary Motor Show takes place on the Torquay Elephant Walk Foreshore Reserve on the 10th of Feburary and is expected to attract a diverse range of some 450 vehicles.
The show unlike many other in the region does not have a theme or based around a vehicle brand, this show is open to any vehicle car or bike in any condition so you can expect some pretty interesting vehicles. The show always attracts plenty of muscle cars, a big Combi and VW fleet and a pretty impressive HSV Commodore display.
The event is judged with lots of different classes including a few new classes for 2019 – Best Corvette, The Oily Rag- an award for Pre 1970 Barn Finds and two new Unrestored classes.
The event is a major fundraiser for Torquay’s Rotary Club with proceeds going in to help many community groups both locally and overseas.
