A hot blustery day didn’t stop thousands attending the annual Rotary Torquay Motorshow. There was a fantastic display of vehicles from all eras of motoring including some very early vintage vehicles right up to the latest HSV’s and Fords. One highlight was the large collection of Volkswagen vehicles with Combi, Beetles and even a beach buggy delighting the crowd. The excesses of the 50’s were evident in some of the exotic American cars on display with their huge bodies and outrageous fins. As always there were a wonderful display of muscle cars including Mustangs, Camaros and some pretty tough looking Chryslers.
