The North Geelong Powerstation overlooking Corio Bay has been one of the city’s biggest eyesores since it closed half a century ago, slowly decaying and being destroyed by vandals.
All that has changed and now the Powerstation has been transformed into one of Australia’s biggest pieces of art. Dozens of artists including Geelong’s own Rone are in the process of painting some amazing murals over the decaying steel and concrete.
