The 2012 Labour Day weekend around the Geelong weekend was huge with so many great events on including the Bellarine Show at Portarlington.
Thousands flocked to a fantastic day of rural fun on the Portarlington Reserve for a wonderful day with plenty to see and do for young and old.
There were some beautiful animals including quiet a selection of cattle, some magnificent poultry including ducks and chickens and and some great goats, horses and even llamas. The dog jumping competition attracted a huge crowd so did the music stage where a selection of bands played some fantastic music.
There were was quiet a collection of historic vehicles to admire including some very interesting farm equipment and steam driven machinery. Back indoors the art and crafts display was pretty impressive so was the produce display with some amazing fruit and vegetables and home cooking which looked so tasty.
