Geelong is really celebrating Christmas in a spectacular way this year. Not only do we have the incredible floating Christmas Tree shining brightly on our waterfront we have decorations all around the town and even out into the suburbs. Highlights include the Myer Christmas Windows that tell the story of Russell the Sheep. Dozens of local schools have also helped bring the Christmas spirit to the city by decorating a forest of Christmas trees that line the city mall.
Visitors who are coming to the city at dusk to see the Christmas Tree should should also visit Ryrie Street to see the new lighting, the Moorabool and Malop Street corner for the Christmas suspended cantenary lighting and then then make a stop at the Geelong City Hall for another must see, the Christmas projections- the show is spectacular.
