Thousands turned out in glorious sunshine to enjoy one of the biggest All Ford Days on record at Deakin University’s Waurn Ponds Campus. Vehicles spanning the entire history of the Ford Motor Company were on display from the Model T to the latest FG GT Falcons. Many vehicles were displayed in showroom condition with many restored to incredible detail. There were others featuring exotic modifications with enhanced engines, interesting body work and unusual configurations.
Many of the region’s Ford car clubs attended the event with a large turnout of early Falcons, Capri, Mustangs and 50’s vehicles. V8 Supercar drivers were busy signing autographs while live bands and Dan the Magic Man gave the event a festive atmosphere.
