The annual Barwon Heads Festival of the Sea stretched the foreshore along the Barwon River with music stages, market stalls, plenty of tasty foods and fun for all ages.
The highlight of the festival was the famous duck race, where over 1000 yellow duckies were thrown off the Bridge for a swim up river, unfortunately the winds pushed many of the cute yellow ducks a bit of course but eventually there was a winner. Dozens of kids had a great time rounding the ducks up for the organisers topping off a fun day in the sun, after a day playing on the beach, enjoying the pony rides, petting zoo and other kids attractions.
