Thousands flocked to Barwon Heads to enjoy the annual Festival by the Sea event on the shores of the Barwon River. The day saw a environmental and sustainability theme, a wonderful art display, music food and huge kids area. The highlight of the day was the duck race that saw close to a thousand yellow rubber duckies swim up the Barwon River from the famous bridge to the delight of the huge crowd.
