After being postponed to April, the Great Australian Beer Festival took place on the lush lawns of Johnstone Park in Geelong’s city centre on the 2nd of April in a day celebrating some exciting small scale brewers. Many of the Geelong region’s brewers were also showcasing their ranges of beers including Bells Beach Brewery, Cockies and Mt Pleasant just to name a few. The day featured great entertainment including classic Australian act The Bad Loves which pumped out a few of their hits including the crowd favourite Green Limousine.
