The 1999 Australian International Airshow saw exhibitors from 26 countries display some of the finest aircraft from around the world visit Avalon Airport in Geelong. On show was a variety of aircraft from the US Air Force including 2 F-16 Fighting Falcons, a KC-135R tanker, a C-5 Galaxy, and a B-52 Stratofortress. Several commercial aircraft were on show too, including a Qantas 747 along with several business jets.
