The annual Pako Festa is Geelong’s biggest multicultural celebration and this year once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors for a day of great food, dance, music and plenty of fun in a vibrant display of sound and colour.
Celebrated on the last Saturday of February, the 2004 Pako Festa saw an amazing day of multicultural fun along Pakington Street in West Geelong. This year saw a huge array of community groups spanning the four corners of the earth join the colourful parade.
The 2003 Pako Festa was bigger and brighter than ever with an amazing fun filled day celebrating everything multicultural. Tens of thousands of visitors came to West Geelong’s favourite street party for wonderful day of great food, dance and music.

The 2001 Pako Festa brought families out in their tens of thousands for a day of multicultural celebration on Geelong West’s Pakington Street. The day started with an amazing parade kicking full of colour, music and excitement.
